Gradecam is a grading scanning App that enables a document camera, phone or webcam on your computer scan and automatically breaks down the results of short multiple choice and even short answer assessment. It even allows for teachers to use its assessment program in order to build online virtual quizzes that are auto-scored.

WeVideo is an online video editor that students and teachers can use to capture, create, view and share movies. It is a good alternative to iMovie for non-mac devices and access from shared devices in general.

Office Lens allows the user to take a picture of a photo, document, or whiteboard. Then, the image is processed so that text can be seen clearly and can easily be exported into a OneNote or many other Microsoft Applications (OneDrive, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), saved as a PDF or image or sent in an email.

Engage students in a scavenger hunt where they can use phones or tablets (mobile app driven) to capture photos and videos proving they’ve solved one of the riddles.
All artifacts get collected to a common dashboard for review. Students join teams and compete for points! Great for getting students to engage in teams with the world around them. Use this on field trips to engage students with what they see in a museum, the zoo, etc.
Flipgrid is a web based tool which works on Chromebook, computers, Android and iOS devices to allow students to view a question or topics (which can be a video you add or record) and then record a response, and view/reply to their classmates. Grids can be open or locked and embedded into any LMS or website. Topics spark ideas and fuel the conversation. Site gives teachers one free grid. This grid can be edited and used again and again. Symbaloo is a visual website management tool. It allows you to create multiple bookmarks organized like a digital bulletin board to help you and your students (bookmarks can be anything with a web address: Google Docs, YouTube Video, website, etc.)
