iXplain is a screencasting app for recording a lesson or to explain something. Drawing and explaining at the same time is an easy way to explain a difficult topic. It records your voice and pen. When the recording is finished, you can playback the recording or export it to an mp4 format to share. You can import images and annotate over them.

Turtle is a coding app that allows students to drag and drop command lines to create programs. The command lines all relate to a digital representation of a turtle on a grid. Every command will cause the turtle to do something different. Because it is drag and drop, the entry point for students is the visual interface of the turtle movements. Through exposure, they are able to begin to understand the coding language that informs these movements. Turtle encourages problem-solving, project design and creative expression.

Kodu is a rich tool for narrative creation and storytelling. Kodu lets you create games through a simple visual programming language. Kodu can be used to teach creativity, problem solving, storytelling, as well as programming. Anyone can use Kodu to make a game with no design or programming skills.
Kodu Teaches more than programming. Kodu introduces the logic and problem solving of programming. Kodu introduces conditions and sequences, which teaches cause and effect. Students learn about cooperation, logic and creativity in addition to programming.

iCell gives students, teachers, and anyone interested in biology a 3D view inside a cell. Included are examples of three types of cells: animal, plant, and bacteria. Learn about the various parts of the cells.
You can use your finger to tap on parts of the cell to select and zoom in on that particular organelle. Each organelle comes with a name and short description of its function in the cell.
You can rotate and zoom in and out of the cell.

Corinth Anatomy Augmented utilizes AR by overlaying digital representations of the internal elements of the human body. Flipgrid is a web based tool which works on Chromebook, computers, Android and iOS devices to allow students to view a question or topics (which can be a video you add or record) and then record a response, and view/reply to their classmates. Grids can be open or locked and embedded into any LMS or website. Topics spark ideas and fuel the conversation. Site gives teachers one free grid. This grid can be edited and used again and again.
