While using this object, students are introduced to new information about Costa Rica. It is reinforced with short facts and questions, and reviewed to strengthen their new knowledge of the concept. Students can access Kahoot from a computer or mobile device. As the teacher displays questions on the screen, students answer from their devices, and are given instant feedback.&nbs

Office Lens allows the user to take a picture of a photo, document, or whiteboard. Then, the image is processed so that text can be seen clearly and can easily be exported into a OneNote or many other Microsoft Applications (OneDrive, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), saved as a PDF or image or sent in an email.

Students in French 3/4 had a difficult test coming up. In an effort to review the grammar in a new and different way, I applied for an educational license with the scavenger hunt app, Goose Chase. Students downloaded the app, got into teams electronically and I started the game at my computer. Students were led by clues to locations around the school where I had placed signs.
