This unit follows a general introduction of Athens and Sparta including historical context, geographical location, demographics, etc. This unit will begin with teaching about the people of Athens and Sparta and the competition between the two. Students will learn about the Persian Wars and the Peloponnesian Wars, focusing on the involvement of Athens and Sparta.

Unit 0 is a four-day introduction to English 9 A and orientation to both SSR and the course’s blended format. The blueprint breaks the unit down by day featuring an agenda for each day and linked resources for each activity, including face-to-face and online lessons.
Students will uncover what pieces of evidence scientists have for evolution. Students will get to see how many pieces of evidence fit together to give scientists clues about earth history and evolution.

This is an outlined unit of Romeo and Juliet. Many of the activities can be placed online (Prezi) to achieve the same success. There's an abundance of Quick Writes and Focus Questions that I didn't specify in the unit. These too, can be placed online for blended learning.

Students will learn to solve systems of equations by graphing, substitution and elimination. The students will be given the assignment list at the beginning of the unit, therefore they will work at their own pace. Students will be using a combination of online videos/tools and worksheets to complete the unit.
