WeVideo is an online video editor that students and teachers can use to capture, create, view and share movies. It is a good alternative to iMovie for non-mac devices and access from shared devices in general.

While using this object, students are introduced to new information about Costa Rica. It is reinforced with short facts and questions, and reviewed to strengthen their new knowledge of the concept. Students can access Kahoot from a computer or mobile device. As the teacher displays questions on the screen, students answer from their devices, and are given instant feedback.&nbs
This unit will have students take a close look at limits. Students will gain a better understanding of how limits work, how to algebraically simplify expressions to find the limit, how to look at a graph and know the limit and the ideas about continuous functions.
In this unit, students will consider the impact of the many changes that took place during the 16th-18th centuries in Europe. Students will use multiple methods to examine the technological advancements of the Scientific Revolution, the conflict that this brought with the Church, and how scientists reconciled their beliefs about God with their new discoveries.

This assignment has students complete a timed writing assignment on a topic they were not previously given. It includes a brainstorming question, background reading, a rubric for grading and finally the writing prompt. Student's are able to self-review the writing as well as have peers and teacher's review the writing through a google add on app called Orange Slices.
