Description:
The students will develop a basic understanding for components of fitness, The students will be able to apply the understanding by developing their plan as they research components. THe students will be able to also perform and demonstrate the components as they are tested in a face to face assessment. The students will be able to understand Muscular strength , muscular endurance, cardio vascular fitness, Flexibilty and body composition.
