Thank you for being a big part of this community. To better support the initiatives around open educational resources in the state of Michigan, all resources on the Michigan Virtual Learning Object Repository (LOR) are being moved to #GoOpen Michigan (link is external) on September 30th, 2018. During the transition, our LOR will be moved to an archived state, not allowing new user registration or new content to be added. Unit

This is a unit plan on the Industrial Revolution for a high school world history class.  Throughout the unite the students will analyze the origins, characteristics and consequences of industrialization across the world by...1)  comparing and contrasting the process and impact of industrialization in Russia, Japan and one of the following:  Britain, Germany, U.S.

This is a unit plan for a blended learning Spanish class.  I will teach the grammar and the majority of the vocabulary to the students face to face in the classroom.  We will use the computer lab 1-2 times a week to complete enrichment activities that enhance and differentiate learning.

This unit focuses on the foundations to developing effective sentences that will grow and build into strong pargraphs.  Students are guided through processes that will help them to create sentences that are fluent. Sentence types, functions, styles are all addressed in this unit.

This unit introduces students to the foundations of Sports & Entertainment Marketing. The students will learn about the 7 functions of marketing, target markets, and the marketing mix. The students will learn the content through watching a Power Point, videos, and other interactive activities.

This is a small "unit" to be used at the end of my 10th grade unit on the cold war. The students will be looking at various "hot" conficts within the cold war and see how western and eastern ideolgoies played out. I have yet to teach this in my class in a blended format, but I've used some aspect in the classroom.

This is a blended and/or flipped instruction unit plan for an Algebra 2 probability unit.

This is a mini unit on Experimental Probability. Direct instruction is still built into this object for face to face classroom time.  There are videos that are interactive and allow for the students or teacher to walk through 2-3 examples for each lesson.
