Thank you for being a big part of this community. To better support the initiatives around open educational resources in the state of Michigan, all resources on the Michigan Virtual Learning Object Repository (LOR) are being moved to #GoOpen Michigan (link is external) on September 30th, 2018. During the transition, our LOR will be moved to an archived state, not allowing new user registration or new content to be added. Elective Subjects

This is the second unit in a Spanish 1 course.  It covers school related vocabulary, gustar, telling time, -ar verbs in present and preterite.

This is a unit plan for a blended learning Spanish class.  I will teach the grammar and the majority of the vocabulary to the students face to face in the classroom.  We will use the computer lab 1-2 times a week to complete enrichment activities that enhance and differentiate learning.

This unit introduces students to the foundations of Sports & Entertainment Marketing. The students will learn about the 7 functions of marketing, target markets, and the marketing mix. The students will learn the content through watching a Power Point, videos, and other interactive activities.

This is the very first basic unit for a Spanish 1 course.  This unit works with cognates, the alphabet, numbers 0-30, introductions, ser and estar.

This is a unit I planned for the Investing section in my Personal Finance class.  It covers different forms of investing and the advantages and disadvantages associated with it.  The lesson exposes students to what stocks are and allows them to participate in a simulation to see how stocks can be used as an investment tool.

The following unit includes seven lessons about air and train travel in France. These lessons also include grammar instruction on discerning when to use the passé composé and imparfait in past tense narration, the conjugation of the irregular verb “venir” and its related verbs, as well as how to select the appropriate preposition to precede a geographical location.

The students will develop a basic understanding for components of fitness, The students will be able to apply the understanding by developing their plan as they research components. THe students will be able to also perform and demonstrate the components as they are tested in a face to face assessment.
